Accord Mediation & Arbitration is pleased to welcome Hilton “Red” Walters to its distinguished mediation panel. Accord provides comprehensive alternative dispute resolution services serving attorneys, businesses, and individuals throughout Tulsa and Oklahoma City, OK.

Red has successfully tried more than 60 cases in Federal and State courts. He began his practice of law in 1987, becoming a partner at Walters Stanley & Natarajan in Oklahoma City in 1992. The focus of his practice has been on healthcare, trucking, and product liability litigation.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit; the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma; as well as all Oklahoma State Courts. He has argued three cases before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
