Dan Folluo

Dan Folluo brings extensive experience in handling trucking cases, product liability, and insurance bad faith matters. He is of counsel with Rhodes Hieronymus and has served as lead counsel in more than 70 jury trials and has successfully mediated over 65 cases.

He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and served for more than a decade as an adjunct settlement judge for the Tulsa County Court System. Dan is a Fellow, American College of Trial Lawyers and International Academy of Trial Lawyers, and has been awarded Best Lawyers® by US News & World Report for personal injury litigation.
