Red Walters

Hilton “Red” Walters focuses on healthcare, trucking, and product liability litigation. He has successfully tried more than 60 cases in both federal and state courts.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma, as well as all Oklahoma state courts. He has argued three cases before the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.
